By August 2026 you need to be able to produce, on request, evidence that every food-contact packaging unit you place on the market meets the PFAS limits. That means a document, from a supplier, for every SKU.
How it usually goes
With ComplyGood
Every supplier has a login. Every SKU has a checklist. Every document has an expiry date that chases itself. And every report an auditor could ask for is one click away.
Built for the person who has to make it happen — not for a compliance department of twelve.
Red, amber, green across every supplier and SKU. One glance tells you where the risk is — and one click tells you why.
Suppliers get their own login, see only their products, and upload documents directly. No more attachment ping-pong.
Excel templates with real dropdowns, a validation preview before anything saves, and auto-created supplier invitations.
Certificates expire. ComplyGood emails the supplier at 90, 60 and 30 days and turns the SKU amber before it turns red.
Supplier certificates, Article 38 technical specs, EU Declarations of Conformity, full audit trail and your EPR scheme return.
A searchable guide to the 13 articles that matter, plus a wizard that tells you which obligations are actually yours.

Just not to us. It is in the hours spent chasing a supplier for the fourth time, the afternoon lost finding which version of a certificate is current, and the three days before an audit spent building a pack that should already exist.
Put your SKU count, supplier count and admin hourly cost into the calculator and see the number. It runs in your browser — nothing is submitted, and if the maths does not favour us, it says so.

Illustrative, at our default assumptions. Change them on the calculator — every figure moves with your inputs.
Your suppliers, products and documents are shared across modules. Add a regulation and the data is already there — no second onboarding, no re-inviting the same suppliers.
Plans below cover the PPWR module. Further regulations are priced separately as they are released.

Watch every appliance you stock for its EPREL end-of-life date, compare models on running cost, and never get caught holding stock you can no longer sell.
Every model you stock, checked against its EPREL on-market end date. We warn you before you’re holding stock you can’t sell.
Line models up on energy rating, running cost and total cost of ownership. “This one saves €214 a year to run.”
Import your range from Excel. We pull the real specs from the EU register — no typing, no bulk-scraping.

Supplier Connect — €29/month. For suppliers serving several customers: one login, one document store, every relationship in one place. Basic document submission is always free for suppliers.
Regulation (EU) 2025/40 is already in force. The obligations phase in: PFAS limits on food-contact packaging from 12 August 2026, harmonised labelling from 12 August 2028, and recyclability plus packaging bans from 1 January 2030.
Yes. If you place packaging on the EU market — including bringing goods in from the UK — you carry producer obligations, and if you sell under your own brand you are the manufacturer for PPWR purposes regardless of who makes the packaging.
No. Supplier portal access is included in your plan. Invite as many contacts as you need up to your supplier limit.
You can export everything — SKUs, documents, audit trail — as Excel and PDF at any time. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it.
No. ComplyGood is a compliance management system. Our plain-English summaries help you understand your obligations, but you should confirm your specific position with a compliance adviser.
On the Enterprise plan, yes — your logo and domain on the supplier portal and on every generated report.
